Creative interesting title

...I cannot possibly think of a title for this... got any ideas?

I really don't know whats going on in this picture... probably because drew half of it at like, 3:00 at night XD
The reason she's holding her necklace in her mouth is because half way through drawing this I realized I had forgotten it. It I had put it around her neck I would have had to change shading and stuff...
On the other hand this was actually really fun to draw I like doing this sort of shading.
